Evenness of moisture
How to reduce expenditures; ensure better quality of the product, and speed up drying process? We have the singular answer to all these issues: it is evenness. The even distribution of the seeds in the grain shaft, the uniform mixing of the product when moving through the dryer, and the equal supply of heated air (drying agent) through the entire layer of the seeds. By balancing these factors, we will get a high-quality product in the end.
The design of LUBNYMASH grain dryers provides maximum contact with the heated air for every single part of the grain flow. It lets to achieve another evenness – the evenness of the grain moisture release. The air ducts of variable cross section are installed with the truncated side in the opposite direction to the airflow in a checkerboard pattern. This technical solution guarantees the mixing of the grain in all directions while it is moving through the dryer. The same thickness of the product layer between the boxes ensures the moisture remove is equally effective at any point of the shaft.

DESCRIPTIONS
MOISTURE CONTENT: A KEY AGROTECHNICAL CRITERION
To compete decently in the agrarian business, it’s important to monitor the quality of the harvested crop during storage. Both the private farmers at their elevators and the large agrarian companies use the grain dryers to manage this task. The moisture content of the grain prepared for long-term storage should not exceed 15%. The initial humidity of the harvested crop may be about 20% or sometimes even up to 35%, depending on the climatic conditions. All these factors predetermine the necessity of the additional processing of the harvested grain prior to further processing or storage.
LUBNYMASH – THE LEADING MANUFACTURE OF THE GRAIN SHAFT DRYERS
LUBNYMASH proposes one of the most effective technological solutions for drying large amounts of grain by thermal air flows with maximum moisture removal in a short time. The stationary shaft dryer U13-DR.1 confidently handles wheat and other similar grain crops, such as corn, which requires a more careful approach during heat treatment .
The high-quality material of the dryer shaft guarantees unbroken operation without unexpected stops due to breakdowns and technical malfunctions.
The difficulty with cleaning the stationary dryer body is one of the most common concerns the users may complain about. Furthermore, the grain waste is very inflammable and can easily set on fire.
LUBNYMASH technical solutions implemented in the stationary dryers simplify the cleaning procedures and reduce their number to a technological minimum, compared to the equipment proposed by other manufacturers.
If all the operational conditions are followed, the shaft grain dryer is the proven safest method of grain moisture reduction.
In addition to high product quality shaft grain dryer by LUBNYMASH effectively prevents the environment pollution.
The air purification system installed on the dryer removes the grain dust and waste that can be released into the atmosphere. Furthermore, the principle of reusing hot air (recuperation) will significantly reduce fuel consumption.
Modern heating control systems ensures highly efficient grain drying with reduced fuel consumption. The main Advantages of stationary shaft grain dryers U13-DR.1:
- the ability to install additional sections;
- reliable design and simple operation;
- fast installation;
- the heat recuperation technology reduces energy consumption by up to 35%;
- drying of various crops without need to modify the equipment;
- guaranteed productivity level declared in the technical passport;
- the minimum percentage of damaged seeds
