1. INTERMEDIATE SECTIONS FROM 300 TO 2500 mm

Chain conveyors have taken over a large part of the work in grain storage. Their modular design gives them a big advantage over belt and screw conveyors. The intermediate sections allow the overall dimensions to be adjusted to the project as closely as possible in length, as they range in length from 300 mm to 2500 mm.

2. RECEIVING SECTIONS WITH INCREASED CAPACITY

Fast grain intake not only minimises the time a vehicle waits in the unloading queue, but also has a direct impact on the economic performance of elevators. Due to the design features, grain is loaded directly onto the working (lower) branch of the conveyor with high productivity, unlike classical loading schemes.

3. SWIVELLING SECTIONS

Sometimes it is difficult to lay a conveyor in a straight line. For such situations, we have designed sections that change the conveying plane up to 45°. These conveyors have higher scrapers and a two-part box. This allows the scrapers to push the product like a piston, preventing the product from spilling back.

4. DOSING SECTIONS

They are widely used in feed production and when it is necessary to accurately feed a certain volume of product for transportation. A special feature of this type of section is the superstructure, which, with a mechanism for cutting off excess product flow entering the conveyor, allows you to precisely control the degree of equipment loading.

5. DISCHARGE SECTIONS

One of the main advantages of scraper conveyors is the ability to set up intermediate discharge points. Depending on the location of the conveyor and the general operating rules, gate valves can be manually, electrically or pneumatically operated, with the ability to open along the axis of the conveyor, making the most of the space available for maintenance.

DRIVE AND TENSION SECTIONS

The drive section is mounted on a frame on which the actuator reaction arm is mounted
The drive unit is mounted on the frame, which results in a smaller drive section without the use of couplings
The drive section has an unloading device with support bearings
The tensioning section is equipped with a baffle to prevent product from entering the rear of the chain conveyor
