Maximum speed and minimum damage!
When it comes to the efficiency of conveyors, especially transportation of large masses of grain without damage, professionals recommend the use of roller conveyors. We have been manufacturing such equipment since the 1950s and for this period we have designed many different options. We offer conventional roller on the frame with and without cover, rollerless conveyors, storage complexes and closed belt conveyors that are top-of-the-range.
Convenience in everything

time for scheduled repair or emergency situations.2. Locksmiths always have convenient access to all important components of the conveyor. Bottom fastening system has only five hinged bolts per section, which will allow quick cleaning of product residues.
Belt discharging complexes U13-TR.B.KZ
Belt conveyors, due to their features, have only one discharging point, and it is difficult to install additional points in technical terms. We have designed a series of conveyors TR.B.KZ for transportation of goods on belt with the possibility for intermediate discharge. The trolley placed on the conveyor has an electric drive and position sensors for clear positioning above feed openings. Such complexes can be used in any part of process flow elevator. The combination of advantages of belt conveyors with possibility for intermediate
discharge reduces the level of grain damage.
Change the transportation horizon as you like!
The stereotype suggests that belt conveyors should be as flat as a string. In other words, conveyor body should be parallel to the ground. Exceptions are equipment placed at a certain angle when the loading point is below the unloading point. Conveyors may be installed at the angle of up to 20° without the use of special (stripe) belts. However, sometimes you need to combine «horizontal» and «inclined» conveyors. Special inclined conveyors have been developed for such tasks. Their sections allow you to change the plane of movement of the belt at an angle of up to 11° relative to the primary plane of transportation.
