Pre-cleaning with a productivity of 200 tons per hour for wheat grain with a moisture content of 14% and a trash content of up to 4%

Optimal grain routes

The separator has two independent screen modules.

Each module consists of a sieve for rough cleaning (receiving) and main cleaning (main).

The plane of one sieve consists of three segments.

Sieves – punching, made of galvanized steel with a thickness of 1 mm.

The total area of the grates is 21 square meters.

** If the above-mentioned levels of impurities and moisture in the feedstock increase, the complex’s technical capacity decreases by 2% for every percentage point increase in impurities and by 5% for every percentage point increase in moisture. When cleaning crops other than wheat, capacity also decreases.

The U13-SPV vibrating separator is designed for cleaning grain, leguminous and oil crops from all types of foreign impurities.

The principle of operation is that, passing through the loading section, the grain is aspired by the air flow and then enters the cleaner, where it is divided into two sieve housings. Primary cleaning sieves (upper row) and main sieves (lower row) are located one above the other in each housing. The cleaned grain at the exit enters the unloading section and is once again subjected to intensive dust removal.

Replacement of the sieves, in case of wear or when working with different types of crops, can be done easily through the door in the rear part of the separator.

Hatches and windows located in the side walls, grain loading and unloading sections are provided for visual control of the cleaning quality.
